Warsaw Recovery Center offers multiple levels of care to support individuals at different stages of the recovery process. Each program is part of a continuum designed to promote safety, stabilization, and long-term progress.
Medical detox provides a safe, medically supervised setting for individuals experiencing withdrawal from drugs or alcohol. This level of care focuses on stabilization and comfort while clinical staff monitor symptoms around the clock.
Inpatient treatment is an intensive level of care at Warsaw Recovery Center, offering 24/7 medical support for individuals who need close monitoring and stabilization beyond detox. This structured setting allows patients to begin therapy while receiving continuous medical and clinical oversight.
Residential treatment provides a structured, supportive environment for individuals who are medically stable but still need daily therapeutic care. This level of care emphasizes routine, skill-building, and peer support while continuing progress toward long-term recovery.
Aftercare is a necessary step after formal treatment concludes. Aftercare includes strategies and skills to help you maintain sobriety, and can even help with placement in outpatient programs if continued treatment is required.
Admissions specialists can help assess your situation and recommend the most appropriate treatment option.
Treatment at Warsaw Recovery Center is grounded in evidence-based therapeutic practices and holistic approaches that address both substance use and underlying challenges.
Individual therapy provides one-on-one time with a licensed therapist in a private, supportive setting. These sessions help individuals explore the root causes of substance use, work through personal challenges, and develop healthier coping skills.
Group therapy brings individuals together to share experiences, build connections, and learn from one another under the guidance of a clinician. This setting helps reduce isolation, strengthen communication skills, and reinforce accountability during recovery.
DBT focuses on helping individuals manage intense emotions, reduce impulsive behaviors, and cope with stress in healthier ways. In addiction treatment, DBT is often used to support emotional regulation and prevent relapse during difficult moments.
CBT helps individuals identify and change unhelpful thought patterns that influence behavior. In addiction treatment, CBT is used to recognize triggers, challenge cravings, and build practical strategies for maintaining sobriety.
Mindfulness practices teach individuals to stay present and aware of thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations without judgment. This approach can help reduce stress, improve emotional awareness, and create space between urges and actions.
Yoga combines gentle movement, breathing, and body awareness to support both physical and mental well-being. In recovery, yoga can help reduce tension, improve focus, and promote a sense of balance and calm.
These therapies are delivered as part of a comprehensive, integrated treatment plan tailored to each individual.
